MSP/IT support company to provide configuration and deployment of Microsoft Phone System, alternatively Ace Communications can provide this service at an additional cost. 1. 30 days notice required for cancellation. No contract on applications received prior to 1 October 2020. 2. Acceptable Use Policy applies. Telemarketing, call centre and similar use not permitted. You must not resell the service. Excess mobile minutes charged at 18c per minute. Each mobile call is calculated or charged at a minimum charge of 1 minute and per second thereafter.

One of the following:

– Microsoft 365 Business Basic/Standard/Premium Licensing with Microsoft 365 Business Voice without Calling Plan for each user who requires voice calling.
– Microsoft/Office 365 E1/E3 Licensing with Microsoft Phone System License or Microsoft/Office 365 E5 for each user who requires voice calling.

Other Requirements

– A dedicated user with appropriate licensing to activate the Direct Routing connection, licensing can be re-assigned after activation
– Windows 7 or later (required by the IT Administrator who will be completing the PowerShell work)
– PowerShell V5.1 or later (required by the IT Administrator who will be completing the PowerShell work)
