Microsoft 365 Business Basic / Standard / Premium Licensing with Microsoft 365 Teams Phone Standard is required for each user.

Microsoft/Office 365 E1/E3 Licensing with Microsoft 365 Teams Phone Standard or Microsoft/Office 365 E5 is required for each user.
A new dedicated user with the above licensing is required to activate the Direct Routing connection, user can be removed after activation subject to no changes by Microsoft requiring the user be reinstated.
We offer plans with both included calls and pay as you go calls. A custom proposal will be provided after taking the time to understand your unique needs.
We recommend where possible to use the Microsoft Teams app on your desktop, laptop or mobile device. In situations where a desk phone is required
We offer a range of different headset options including both corded and cordless.
Our pricing model includes a minimum of 4 lines that can be shared across all users in your business. There is no need to pay a monthly line fee per user. Additional lines can be included or added in the future.
In the majority of cases we can port your existing phone number/s to be used with the Microsoft Teams Phone System.
