Ace Communications is committed to assisting customers with monitoring and managing their spend. Details to monitor your usage for both calls and data is available online here. We also offer the following tools to assist with you managing your spend:

  • Upon request to our customer support team we can set-up call barring for selected call types on your Landline and/or VoIP service
  • Our NBN and ADSL 2+ plans are shaped (slowed down) once your data limit is reached. No additional charges apply however you may choose to buy additional data at the cost specified for that plan.
