Email
We recommend lodging your support request via My Ace Service to ensure your request is assigned against the correct account/contact, however if you need to email our support team they can be contacted on support@acecommunications.com.au. Please ensure the email is sent from the authorised email address we have on file for your account.

We understand sometimes it is easiest just to pick-up the phone and have a chat to someone, that is why our customer support team is based in Australia and highly experienced in all of our products.
