Shipping Costs

• $18.50 to ACT, NSW, TAS, VIC, SA, QLD
• $35 to NT, WA

Fees are per item, however discounts may apply for multiple units.

Goods will be shipped in approximately 2 business days if the item/s you have ordered are in stock.

Please note that should the nominated address be unattended at the time of delivery, and you choose to have the item redelivered, an additional fee will apply.

Returns Policy

All items purchased through our online store are non-refundable unless agreed in writing by Ace Communications Group Pty Ltd prior to ordering.

For goods that are dead on arrival Ace will pay the shipping costs back to Ace at our normal delivery rates and back to the original delivery destination. We must be advised of goods being DOA within 7 days of the package being delivered.

For goods that fail during the warranty period it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the shipping costs back to Ace. Ace will pay for the shipping costs back to the customer once the goods have been repaired/replaced.

Prior to sending any goods back to Ace a RA number must be issued by Ace. Please complete the online application form and return to Ace via fax to 1300 304 672.
