Voice Mail
If you are unable to answer your phone, the Ace Voicemail server will take a message for you. You can also record your own personalised greeting for your Ace VoIP voicemail service.
Voice Mail to Email
Tired of having to dial in to check your voicemail all the time? With Ace Voicemail you will receive your voicemail message as an email to your Inbox where you can easily listen to it with your computer.
Caller ID
Just like your normal telephone service, if you have an Ace VoIP two way service your caller ID will displayed to the person you are calling (providing they have access to Call Line ID).
Block Caller ID
Don't want your caller ID displayed? With Ace VoIP we can configure your service to block your caller ID for your outgoing calls.
Call Line ID
Provided your VoIP hardware and telephone supports this feature, you can identify the number of the person who is calling you before you answer your phone. You will be able to see the number of all callers telephone numbers unless they have blocked their number from being sent.
Call Forwarding Features
Call Forwarding Unconditional
To avoid the restriction of having to wait by your telephone, forward all your incoming calls to a designated phone number.
Call Forward No Answer
When no one is available to answer your telephone, forward only those incoming calls that are not answered to a designated phone number.
Call Forward Busy No Answer
When your telephone line is either busy or is not answered, you can continue to receive incoming calls by forwarding them to a designated phone number.
Address Screening
Minimise interruptions by restricting incoming calls based on the calling party address. Address screening allows you to control the calls you receive by restricting the phone numbers of callers, which you personally nominate.
Address Screening with Redirect
Address screening with call forwarding allows you to control the calls you receive. You can restrict incoming calls from designated callers and then forward these callers to an alternative phone number of your choice.
Direct Group Dialing
If you would like your incoming calls to be answered by any one of several phone numbers, direct group dialing allows for a call to be forwarded to multiple phones in sequential order.
Time of Day Routing
This feature allows you to forward all incoming calls to a designated phone number during your specified time periods. Forward your calls based on the time of day and day of week that an incoming call arrives.
Time of Day Screening
Control the times of day you receive incoming calls by setting time restrictions, which you personally nominate.
