How to sign-up for an Ace 1300 or 1800 Service

To sign-up for an Ace 1300 or 1800 Service please follow the below instructions.

• Print off and complete the application form online here


• Fax back to 1300 304 672 or mail the application back to us, our address details can be found online here


• Upon receipt we will confirm via email. Porting your existing 1300/1800 number across to Ace Communications will take approximately 2-3 working days, whilst a new 1300/1800 number will take between 1-2 working days
