Key Features and Functions

Voicemail*

If you are unable to answer your phone, the Ace Voicemail server will take a message for you. You can also record your own personalised greeting for your Ace VoIP voicemail service.

Voicemail to Email*

Tired of having to dial in to check your voicemail all the time? With Ace Voicemail you will receive your voicemail messages as an email to your Inbox where you can easily listen to it with your computer. Of course if you can check your email no your phone you just need to be able to play a WAV file and you can then listen to the voicemail from wherever you are.

Caller ID

Just like your normal telephone service, your Ace VoIP caller ID will be displayed to the person you are calling (providing they have access to Caller Line ID).

Block Caller ID

Don’t want your caller ID displayed? With Ace VoIP we can configure your service to block caller ID for your outgoing calls.

Caller Line ID

Provided your VoIP hardware and telephone supports this feature, you can identify the number of the person who is calling you before you answer the phone (providing they don’t have Caller ID blocked).

Call Forwarding Unconditional

Forward all of your calls unconditionally to a designated phone number.

Call Forward No Answer*

When no one is available to answer your telephone, forward only those incoming calls that are not answered within a specified period of time to a designated phone number.

Call Forward Busy No Answer*

When your VoIP line is either busy or is not answered, you can continue to receive incoming calls by forwarding them to a designated phone number.

Call Forward No Registration

If your VoIP service is unavailable for example due to a power outage the VoIP network will automatically forward incoming calls to a designated phone number.

* Voicemail, Voicemail to Email, Call Forward No Answer and Call Forward Busy No answer are not available on the Ace VoIP SIP Trunk plans as these features are provided by your phone system compared to at a VoIP network level.
